Wet hair/ sleeping loads

So took my 6 week old LB up to children's hospital last night (as advised by out of hours doctor). He had been throwing up loads, was very cranky and wouldn't eat (EBF). They checked him over and all is ok. He had got very tired but think this was because he wouldn't settle for most of the day and because he didn't have enough food in him. He's usually a good eater and had been putting on weight well. The doctors checked him over and had no concerns with him and he eventually fed. Came home and he fed well and slept well during the night. He's been quite sleepy all day and I've just noticed that his hair looks wet? He doesn't feel overly hot and took his temperature and it's 36c. Couldn't see any vomit in his crib either. Any ideas? And is him sleeping a lot normal? He's usually quite alert and a hungry boy.

Oh poor boy, and you as I bet you’re shattered Thanks

I’ve no idea what would make his hair appear wet. Hopefully, this will be bump for you.

I have noticed this if they posset a bit of milk then lie in it? Glad he's feeling and feeding better though!
