Potty training, how often do your kids use the loo??

So i've gone cold turkey on the pullups for nearly a week. My dd is doing really well having no accidents but seems to be holding it in. Today shes had a good wee at 10am,2pm and 5pm.

She wont try unless she needs to go is this an issue? She drinks plenty and wont poo in the potty at all but i dont know if shes weeing enough?

Does she wear a nappy at night? I'm guessing she weed in that at wake up? So say 4x so far rather than 3? Sounds normal to me.
