Hi,

Wonder if anyone can advise in what’s going on. My 6week Old has been having formula from day one, used to take out a dribble of feed at the end. Nowa days it’s become quiet a lot he takes out, and if it’s any more than he should have drunk he will keep taking out & becomes very unsettled.

Also after having his feed he cries quiet badly, not sure if he’s in pain. I will be calling the GP to book an appointment next week. Any rememedies you would recommend?

Also just to mention this doesn’t happen every feed, but would say it happens 70% of the time.

Do you mean he is being sick?

Sorry OP but I don’t know what that means either.

If he’s crying after a feed, I’d film him to show your GP at the appointment. It might also be worth reading up on CMPA before the appointment.

Sorry been so busy and not been on here.

So at the end of a feed I lift him so he can burp, once he burps most of the time a little dribble of milk follows. But recently he’s been just taking milk out (a few times) after he’s burped. It’s not like projectile vomiting or anything, he’ll be upright or laying down and he would have just taken a load of milk out. Not sure what to call it.

Possetting maybe? Might be a sign of reflux
