Traumatized by You Tube?

When I was putting my baby to bed a few mo this ago my 4 year (nearly 5year old) was watching Dinosaur movies on You Tube downstairs. Unknown to me it was the normal You Tube rather than kids you tube. When I came down my child was sobbing as You Tubr had flicked on to a Japanese movie about a plane crash where a man was on fire and his skin came off of his arm. He seemed ok once I explained it was just a movie etc but I’ve noticed he get VERY scared at most movies that have a bit of fighting in (kids movies obviously). He was a little like this before the You Tube incident but over the last week has seemed to have got worse. I know he doesn’t seem to have had an effect straight away but do you think this could have traumatized him a little, he had always hated when somebody hurts themselves in a movie, always, even if they don’t really hurt themselves. I feel terrible and although may not have started the anxiety it can’t have helped. I’m not sure how I get him to now he so scared, avoid or try watch more movies talking him through them? Any advice is welcome. I just feel terrible
