Very pale and smelly poo

My 3 year old little girl almost always has very pale long soft smelly poo, it’s worse that any other child I know including my other 2 children. She also has a little pop belly and can sometimes get a red vigina. I’ve taken her to the doctors they give her cream for the soreness but that’s it they just keep saying see if it gets better but this has been happening since she was about 1 and a half

A pot belly and smelly poo could be non-IGE CMPA. Does she ever have mucus in her poo, smelly wind or swing between constipation and loose stools?

If her poo is very pale, did the GP check for aneamia?

My daughter has this and has an allergy to dairy.

She needs to be tested for coeliac if she hasn’t been already
