My clever little girl is walking at last!

She is 2yrs and 3months old and has taken her first independent steps today!!

I am so relieved.

She was born with a club foot and although she's had excellent treatment and we were reassured right from the start that it wouldn't hold her up, I knew I wouldn't be happy until she was walking.

And now she is. And pleased as punch!

The funny thing is we had 2nd review with peads yesterday. The Dr kept saying, 'I really can't understand why this little girl isn't walking' !

Ah, that's a lovely bit of news, I shall feel heartwarmed tonight! Well done little one.
