14 month old poking other children?

Is this normal? When he comes into contact with other children he stares at them then proceeds to poke and pat their face if he approaches them/if they approach him.

They are all different I suppose.

Yeah my son used to do that too. Went to pat their head. It's the way they communicate I suppose.
