3 .5 year old tantrums & touching problem

My 3.5yr old is having tantrums but also started reacting to me touching her or brushing her by saying "you hurt me" or "mummy hurt me." It is very upsetting and I miss our cuddles. Has anyone had similar experience please?

my son is 2.3 years old and he hates having his hair brushed. he always starts crying and runs away and says naughty mummy. he soons snaps out of it though afterwards. i am sure they will grow out of this faze.
