Can anyone relate to the wonder weeks? Purchased the app for my phone and so far it's been pretty good ... predicts a fussy baby week!Which it has been!

Anyone else read the book or using the app?

I’ve not used it because mine are older but I often suggest it on here as I’ve heard such good things about it Smile

It's really fascinating!

My DD is currently 16 weeks and going through the sequence phase. Explains the clingy behaviour and sleep pattern!

Would love to hear anyone else's experience of WW...

Yes I found it scarily accurate with DS! I've been using it with DD but so far I don't think it's been as accurate as with DD. She was 4wks early though, and since its based on due date, I wonder whether that might impact it somehow?

I really like it as I feel like it allows me to be more tolerant when they're being miserable and grumpy. Like there's a reason for it, they're not just being grumpy!

I got the app and the audiobook, so far it's pretty accurate! My lo is going through the 3rd leap right now and it's been tough, but the book really helps me to calm down, I'm not sure how scientific it is but I don't feel angry or frustrated anymore when my lo goes through fussy phases and most importantly the book reminds me that those phases don't last forever but only for a couple of days🤞🏼😬

Is the wonder weeks fourth leap essentially the 4 month sleep regression?

It must!

That's a lot going on at once otherwise!!

My 18 week old DD has been waking 3 times a night, it was 2....but still sleeps a good stretch most nights....6pm to 1am/ midnight....

Very fussy during the day as she's in a wonder week...
