Watery Sick - Help!

Hiya,
My little boy is 4 weeks, he was prem and is struggling with reflux. The HV has suggested we put him on Cow and Gate comfort milk - his writhing has stopped but he's started being sick when burped but it's clear and watery. Does anyone know what this is or if it's something to worry about?
Thanks in advance!

Sounds like reflux acid sick. Given his age I would speak to a GP about it, you may need medication for him x

I meant your Paediatrician due to him being prem, or your neonatal community nurse x

I was told it could be his mucus coming up as he was born by Section? Not under neonatal or pedestrian so can only ask GP!

Oh, well ask your GP: that’s quite bad you aren’t given any community support or follow ups. How prem was your baby?

I would have expected the mucous to be long gone by now really. But acid sick is like water.
