Toddler obsessed with hair

Hello all,

My 16 month old is obsessed with my hair. He wants it when he needs comforting and also when he falls asleep. BUT I’ve noticed that he likes to touch other people’s hair aswell. I noticed him stroking other children’s hair today.

How can I stop this?

Does it bother the other children if he touches their hair?

Well he was stroking their hair but if he pulls it then it may become an issue!
