Is this an age-appropriate behaviour?

Was going to post in AIBU, but feeling very fragile for a number of reasons so posting in here and hoping I get some traffic.
Would you say a (just)7 year old boy drawing a picture of a naked girl was developmentally appropriate, or a sign of concern?

I has an 8yo daughter diagnosed asd and adhd, i also have a neurotypical 6 yo daughter.. this is the kind of inappropriateness i would expect of my 8yo. She hasnt drew things but we donhave to go over appropriate behaviours whereas my 6yo would never say draw or be anyway inappropriate but maybe a boy thing dont know if coincidence.. i guess it depends do you have suspicions of any condition or is this a one off behaviour on its own?

I have a 6 year old and he might draw this to be funny or because he thought it was rude. In the same way that he enjoys toilet humour.

What is the context of the child drawing the picture?

Personally I think it would be a sign for concern, as I did things similar to this at that age due to SA. I only have daughters that age but they would never even think of drawing things like that, but perhaps boys are different.
