HELP!! Delayed Vomit....

Hi Mums - advice needed
My 4 week old boy twin has begun delayed vomiting. I am feeding him upright and then keeping him upright for about half an hour afterwards. We were given Gaviscon to stop his reflux but I took him off it as he was so constipated he spent most of the day and night writhing around straining and crying from being so uncomfortable.
He usually falls asleep while he's sat up so then I put him down in the crib, he's peaceful and asleep for about 30 minutes and then a cry out as he's been sick - down his nose and is so distressed.
I clean him up and cuddle him for a bit again upright but then he's awake so getting him back to sleep is hard! Does anyone have any ideas how to help him or stop this? He looks so sad it's breaking my heart!
Thanks in advance!

My son was exactly like this, we to tried gaviscon but it didn't really help and made him constipated. The GP did say they could give him other medication but in the end we decided to ride it out.
Colief, available from pharmacies, helped as did grip water but in all honestly when he got to 5 or 6 months it just stopped.
The GP said this would have when his digestive system matured. Should add DS was never bothered by the being sick but did writhe around after feeds which the colief and gripe water helped with.
Oh and Infacol also helped. Good luck op
