4 month old stopped babbling for 1 month now

My 4 month old has stopped babbling for a month now. She was able to roll over at 3 months but has no interest in that at all. She's very good with her hands and puts everything to her mouth and can hold it. She responds to loud noises but not to voices. She laughs multiple times a day and squeals but won't talk back to me or look for other voices. Other than that I think her hearing is okay. My partner uses white noise and I'm always worried it's too loud could that be it? It's only ever on for 10 minutes, far away from her and at a lowish volume. I will be devastated if it is this.

If not Does anyone know what this could be?

Babies work on one thing at once and quite often stop doing something for a while while they learn something else. My little girl rolled then didn’t for ages. She’s gone through quiet phases and babbly phases. White noise won’t have done any harm. If you’re worried, speak to your HV or GP and they’ll be able to reassure you.
