ADHD diagnosis at 2??

I am 90% certain my 2 year old has ADHD, possible on the autistic spectrum. My brother has ADHD, I have always had signs of it but was never diagnosed, and my sons father the same.
His behaviour is unmanageable some days, he is a very violent child, but doesn't register that it is wrong, for example he can grab and pull my hair (hard!) or hit me in the face, but do it laughing and when I tell him off he will just smile and carry on.
He is very destructive, always throwing stuff, always running around, will not sit still for anything, but he is very intelligent, potty trained at 18months, has learned colours, body parts, animals ect.
What can I do to get us both the help we need? Will any doctors or health visitors consider diagnosing a 2year old? He has been like this since he could crawl, just getting worse as he gets older.
For reference my brother wasn't diagnosed until aged 4 when my mum had her second child and thought the youngest was under-active and went to seek advice for that.
Thanks in advance

I think it’s unlikely that they’d assess him for ADHD at 2 yrs old.

Our paediatrician told us that DS1 was too young to be assessed for ADHD at 4 yrs old.

They might assess for ASD - I know of 2 yr olds who’ve been diagnosed with ASD - so it may be worthwhile asking for an assessment from that point of view?

I feared as much. Should I go doctor route or try booking in with his health visitor?

We got DS1’s paediatrician referral through our GP.

Not sure if health visitors do referrals, DS1 had already been transferred over from the health visitor system to the school nurses system at this point.
