Normal for 4 year old to hate the firework sounds ?

My 4 year old daughter kept saying she didn’t like the fire works and that it was too loud and noisy. Is that normal?

My dd is 5 next week and today was the first firework display that hasn't had her in floods of tears. Up until now she said they were too loud and scary and cried if she saw them from inside the house. Hopefully she gets over it like mine x
