The children helped me make a 3 course lunch for 14 people yesterday, then today we took a picnic (all homemade, even the bread and the pate) to Kew gardens were dd learn the names of various flowers/plants and had a long discussion about evolution and the solar system. Then dd helped me make sushi for lunch tomorrow.

I drove 40 miles to take my children to a birthday party yesteday. I then made 3 girls cry by telling them they were out at the party games. I went to see my sister today and she knew that I had made the girls cry. Because she had bumped into the birthday girl's Grandma at the petrol station.

Oh and I am officially my 2yo nephew's favourite person as of today.
