teething - how long to come through

My ds has starting teething I think ! I can see a little cut in his gum and can feel the tooth, but how long does it take to come up??? ds is not having any pain..so far....

depends on the buba,it may come up in a couple of days or weeks or months. I always thought any day now with ds1 and he didn't get his first tooth till 13months! He was showing teething signs from 6 months. Ds2 however doesn't get any pain or symptoms and a tooth just pops out! He got his first at 8 months??? There is no rhyme or reason with teething eash child does it differently - good luck!
