my son has low self esteem and its affecting his behaviour can someone who has had low self esteem in the past plesse help with building my sons self esteem ? Historically ,myself and my son were victims of domestic abuse and this is where it has come from

Could you provide more info? How old is he? Does he have any siblings? How bad is the low self esteem (e.g. could you get him to join a club). What examples could you give of his low self esteem?
