Does it take for a tooth to appear? My daughter seems to have been teething for ages, about 2 months - pink cheeks, shrieks when flat, everything in mouth and constant dribbling. We've had horrendous nights for about a month now. But no teeth. Oh god the thought that this has all been for 1 tooth kills me when I know we'll have to repeat it for the rest. But the idea that we may have barely even begun given that she hasn't even got any teeth to show for it yet is agony. And obviously I'm upset she's been in pain/discomfort for so long but not as upset for me having to put up with it all
