Getting no sleep!!!

My four month old has always been a great little sleeper. We cosleep, and he's breastfed so it's always been reasonably easy when he wakes to just feed him and go straight back to sleep. He's in the last couple of weeks he's been waking almost every hour, not just for a feed but I end up having to sit up rocking him back to sleep and I'm absolutely exhausted.

I don't understand why this is as he's either slept through the night / only wakes once or twice since he was about 6 weeks old, but now he's doing this at 4 months. Is this normal? Just a developmental phase? Don't understand what I'm doing wrong.Confused

You’re not doing a thing wrong OP, it’s the 4 month sleep regression Thanks

Yep- just the four month sleep regression. It'll get better soon(ish). Good luck x
