Hi has anyones child ever been reffered to camhs? My 6 year old daughter has been reffered to camhs today from the doctor, she has been reffered because she is having trouble sleeping at night, she has outbreaks of violance towards me& outbreaks of anger issues, she is always saying shes ill so she doesnt have to go school& when she is at school she is always trying to find a way to get sent home. This all started when she started to get bullied. I have never ever had to deal with anything like this before. I feel very worried an nevours being sent to camhs. I always feel like im being judged, an i do everything in my power to keep my daughter safe and happy. I was wondering has anyone else been in my suitation? What did camhs do? An did you manage to gain any help.?
