I am really worried as my 13 yo son has always had a problem with crying in class, and this is has blighted his education as it has exposed him to ridicule and bullying.
He seemed to be doing so much better this year, with no incidents UNTIL TODAY...
I am so gutted for him. He's in year 9 and this is just creating the worst dynamic, where kids seek to provoke a reaction from him, prodding until they get one.
Does anyone have any insight or advice for how to deal with this?
He's such a kind, caring, nice kid, and I don't want his lovely nature knocked out of him, but this is creating real problems for him.
