thumb sucking

Any tips on how to stop my 8 year old daughter
from sucking her thumb.

I tried nobite nail stuff but dd just sucked it off. The best thing I have found is bribery - you know give up and you can have .... She is till sucking it at night but ver very rarely during the day.
