My newborn is 1 month old I changed his nappy this morning to find some blood on the wipe that I wiped his bottom with. I really don’t know what to think. It’s the weekend so my Docters is closed too until Monday now. I’m really worried any advice please has anybody else been through this?

Sorry the picture is pretty gross.

IMO (not a Dr) that doesn't appear to be much and could be simple irritation. I would say keep an eye on things, look for external irritation (diaper rash) and don't panic but if it worsens call 111 and ask advice there.

alternatively you could go to local pharmacy for advice?

Blood in a babies nappy means you should call 111 nhs non emergency number. It is very likely nothing but I don’t think I’m a baby of that age you should be waiting in until Monday or talking to a pharmacist, it needs more qualified urgent attention: it’s likely from straining or a milk allergy, but a medical Dr needs to be the judge of that :)
