Do your children constantly bicker ?

No word of a lie , I have to tell my children to stop arguing , fighting , trashing the house making loud noises at each other hundreds of times a day . Their technology has gone for 3 days (had it back but kept arguing again )and they are now not allowed to go out as a consequence . I have also rewarded them with money when they have behaved well and done chores but still constant arguing and fighting . I am currently having trouble with my heart , my mental health has suffered for a while but it is now affecting my physical health . I'm only in my early thirties ... people also wonder why I'm miserable . It's frustrating that I have no support from anyone and the state that I am in nobody understands .
My son has to go to hospital today because one of his brothers thought it was great fun to stand on top of his leg and jump up and down on it , it is swollen and bruised . Can't wait to try controlling the children for hours .... whats the answer people ?

It’s hard isn’t it and m8ne constantly fightcabd argue too so you have my sympathy OP. One thing that really works for us is exercise. I know that your health is suffering but can you manage to get them outside each day? Mine are much harder to live with if they haven’t been worn out a bit.

Are you getting any help for your mental help? Aftercstruggling on and off for many years I’ve recently started guided meditation. I only do it for 10 minutes a day and it seems to help. Can’t help with your heart though. Is it palpitations! Are you under the GP?

Have you read any books on Siblings too OP? This one might help Thanks
