For the past two weeks it feels like we've gone backwards, my 14 month old has always eaten well, and slept well..until now. Meal times he refuses food and just chucks it on the floor. And bed time he will go down as usual about 6.30pm but at 9-10 most nights wakes up for milk, then wants it every 2-3 hours. I have little input from family members only myself and my husband really I don't know if this is a phase or what but it's so tiring I feel like I have a newborn again. I don't even know why I've wrote this I think it's probably because I'm hoping I'm not the only one to go through this and it is just a stage 😣

Not sure on this one sorry OP. Have you got the Wonder Weeks app? That might let you know if there’s a big development leap around now.

Try to take the emphasis of sleeping. By this I mean you cannot force anyone to sleep but you can focus on teaching your little one they have to be in bed at certain times even if they are awake this is a much more achievable goal.
