How do you stop your toddler crawling all over you?

DD is 18 months old. She only started walking within the past few weeks, but has always been a climber. Generally she will sit and play quite happily, but if I sit down (on the floor or sofa) she's straight over, climbing on top of me, rolling around and throwing herself about. She doesn't do it with anyone else.

DS is 4, and has started copying her, so I often have both of them on top of me, pushing and shoving. He doesn't really do it unless he sees her doing it.

It's so frustrating, because I can't even get peace to drink a cup of tea while they're in the room. Even if someone else tries to distract them, they're not interested, and will come straight back over to me.

How can I get them to stop?!!
