Discipline tips for a 4 year old

Does anyone have any discipline tips for a 4 year old please?
Her behaviour isn’t horrific, but it’s just things like not listening or refusing to tidy away toys she’s tipped out everywhere.
She’s starting school soon and her behaviour is understandably all over the place.
If she’s playing at soft play and others join in she has started shouting “I DONT want you to play” etc.
She’s also pretty impulsive and if something doesn’t go her way then she’ll chuck things across the room.
She’s also constantly bossing her little brother around, pulling him, grabbing him, shouting at him.
So we do the usual things, make tidying up into a game, doesn’t really help.
Shut her in the hallway for time out = her kicking the doors and screaming.
Trying to talk and explain to her = her blowing raspberries in my face and laughing.
Taking toys away when she’s naughty = she doesn’t care.
We’ve done a reward chart which worked for a while but now she’s not bothered.
I’ve just put her to bed with no bath as her behaviour has been awful today.
She’s currently screaming in bed.
Any ideas re what I’m meant to do?
I feel like I’m pretty strict and her behaviour up until now has been really good generally!

Just found an old sticker reward chart I bought last year lurking in a cupboard so planning on starting that tomorrow.
Last rewards we did were marble in a jar type ones and she lost interest a few weeks in.
Hoping a new chart will appeal to her!
