My 9 month old refuses to sleep in his cot because he hasn't got the room to move around in his sleep but letting him sleep in my bed he keeps falling out because he's recently started getting onto his hands and knees and either kicking back out and going back into his belly or throwing him self about and it doesn't matter what position a put my bed in he always seems to find a way to fall out any advice on what to do I'm scared incase he ends up seriously hurting him self

9 months is a classic sleep regression and clingy phase unfortunately. Do you have a lightweight sleeping bag? We had this with our DS as soon as he learned to roll, and then to get into crawling position, he was frequently getting his legs stuck in the bars of the cot. Got a lightweight sleeping bag and after a few nights of getting cross with it for a few minutes, he was fast asleep and stopped turning over and thrashing about.

The sleeping bag worked for us too and yes, 9 months is a big sleep regression.
