15 month old speech???

She babbles alot, shouts and screams and mostly says dadadada, bababa, or mamama when she's upset. She says 'oh wow' at the trees but thats it, is it normal? Or shall i take her to see the HV

16 mo does the same but without the 'oh wow'.
He used to say Dada and ta but those seem to have slipped a bit recently - I was wondering the same thing about possibly going to see the HV or whether it was too early to worry
