Teething normal?

Hi,
Just wondering what people have experienced as "normal" during teething?
My LO is 13 months and all of a sudden seems to be suffering terribly.
She has had 4 teeth come through before (front top and bottom) and we had a bit of night waking but nothing major.
Now she has been so distressed for 3 days, getting really upset and barely eating. She's crying on and off all day and doesn't seem comforted by usual things. She's so sad and doesn't seem to want to play.
I've been given her Calpol and teething gel, plus teething toys to chew. But she still seems very distressed.
I'm just worried I'm missing something and it's not teething at all, as no teeth seem to have appeared after 3 days.

Would you take her to the doctor or is this normal?

Can you see or feel any teeth coming through OP? Does she have a raised temperature?
