Should I be worried?

My lb has rolled from front to back for a while now but still hasn't mastered back to front. He's almost 5 months. Should I be worried?

We had a rough start and he has a little brain damage and will be closely looked at every 4 months by neo natal team at the hospital but his next app isn't til the end of Aug and I'm just a bit panicky.

I can understand you being worried but please don’t be. My DS only ever rolled once and he’s a perfectly healthy teen.

If he’s done front to back a couple of times, he’ll figure it out Smile

Sorry to hear you both had such a traumatic start too Thanks

My nearly 7 month old rolled from front to back twice when little (prob 3-4 months) but hasn't done it since. She rolled from back to front from about 5 months. However she rarely laughs or babbles. Babies are all different and it's hard not to get anxious given your LOs rough start but try to relax. They all do things at different times and not when the books say. Lots of time in the baby gym and coaxing on their side with a noisy toy. Good luck x
