Worried about 7 week old!

My 7 week old girl has been different the last three days. On day one she screamed all day long! Nothing would settle her, even when she was feeding she wimpered. After finally settling her to sleep in the evening, she slept amazingly! So we put it down to her being ‘over tired’ all day from crying. Then she also slept the entire next day, woke up to be fed and that was all. I even got her dressed and changed her nappy and she didn’t wake - she also had very runny poos all day! All explosive!! She started to cry again in the evening so I had a bath with her which is usually the thing that settles her and she loves it, she fell asleep within seconds of being in the bath which is unusual and didn’t wake even when we dried and dressed her. When she woke up for her night feed she was sick straight after and it ALL came up! But she fell straight back to sleep. Her next feed was normal and she fell asleep after again. Then her next feed took 20 minutes to have 2oz as she kept falling asleep. She hasn’t had any awake time in the last two days not even when she needs a nappy change.
Very worried, she usually has some awake time in the day now but nothing! She doesn’t have a temperature or anything though.
Sorry for the long post! Worried first time mum!

I’d phone the GP and get her checked over OP.

It sounds to me like she may have caught a tummy bug if she's thrown up and had runny poos, she should be ok dehydration wise as long as she's having and keeping down the majority of her bottles (keep an eye on wet nappies, real tears when crying, wet lips) however because she is so young if it continues for much longer I would definitely ask a gp to have a look at her. These symptoms in a tiny one could be any kind of virus really.

Thank you for your messages I spoke to the 111 service and they recommended I seen her GP he checked her and said she had a viral infection so she will be better in a couple of days by herself so I got the piece of mind I needed!
