bedwetting in 8 year old

My 8 year old has just started wetting the bed - he's done it about 5 times in total over about 3 months but it seems to be getting more regular. I'm not sure if he's aware he's doing it (he says the beds wet because he's very hot and sweaty) but this may be just because he's embarrassed. I haven't noticed any change in his drinking habits and he hasn't had any big changes in his life and seems emotionally fine.

I think that's nothing to worry. My kids used to have a pee before going to sleep. It might also help.
