10 month old pooing in the night

Hi
My baby has just started poong in the night which is then waking her up
. I've tried leaving her but then her private parts get so sore
This has been going on goes about a week.
She has also had runny poos does about the same time which I think is teething

Any advice or has anyone else been through the same?

I think it’s pretty normal, I seem to remember both of mine doing this. Please don’t leave her in a dirty nappy though.

If she has runny poos, has anything changed in her diet?
