Eczema / atopic dermatitis

Hi all mums,

My sons has severe eczema called atopic dermatitis, I have tried numerous creams using them several times a day, I have been given steroid creams etc. from the doctors but nothing is helping!
Has any one else's baby had this if so do you have any suggestions as to what could possible help? The itching is driving him mad and I feel so bad that I can't help him, he is 4 months old.

We used Oilatum in the bath and Child's Farm extra sensitive moisturiser after bathtime, and Eucerin cream whenever we changed him and this combination really helped.
