2 year old sound like she is talking through nose??

Is this normal? She has speech delay but is coming on now and saying more things so s&l have said they won't see her again until she's 3. However now that she's trying to say more things I've noticed a lot of what she says sounds like it's through her nose and I can't understand her at all?? Will she grow out of this? Its not all her speech that's like that but should I phone s&l again?

My 2 yo talks through her nose, she’s due to see a consultant at ENT as they think it’s adenoids and tonsils, have you had these checked by the GP? Does she snore?
