Hi, I'm new to here. I have a nearly 2 year old son that doesn't understand what bedtime is and continues to behave badly, he doesn't like to go to sleep at a reasonable hour and like's to stay awake like us parents do but he can't, every time I put him down for bedtime he kicks the walls and yells and cries, and bites, he had colic when he was little and has been like this his whole life, I don't let him nap anymore during the day but there is still no difference? Please help, I'm so tired I'm losing sleep he doesn't like to go sleep till midnight and is full of beans!
I'm worried as it's not good for his mind being so young and developing still.
He's recently gone into a toddler bed as well and keeps getting out when he should be asleep, I get no relax time or time to myself only when he's at daycare once a week :( I love him to bits his my son but this has to stop, routine needs to happen.
