My ds is 6. He's a happy, cheerful soul who normally gets on well with most people, likes school, lots of friends, all that sort of thing.

Yesterday, apparantly he got into a towering rage for no reason that anyone could determine, told his teacher he hated her, swore at a dinner lady, hit his best friend, shouted at a TA and generally went round like a thunderstorm. He goes to after school club on Mondays and was fine there, but got very angry with me when I tried to ask him why he was so cross, and just kept shouting 'I don't know!!!!!"
There are no problems at home, or at school as far as I - or his teacher - know.
He was fine this morning and I've just spoken to he teacher who says he's himself again and having a happy day.

Just one of those days - or should I do anything about it? If so what?
