Teething at 15 weeks?

I'm wondering if my DS might be teething already. In the last couple of weeks he often has his hands in his mouth, he blows bubbles and has a lot more drool coming out of his mouth often, and he has had a number of mucousy poos. He has had fairly visible tooth bumps since he was born where his front incisors will be, but I haven't otherwise seen any teeth yet. Does it seem like this could be early teething or is it too early?

Sounds like teething. DS had teeth by 3 months, it's early but not uncommon

DD1 had teeth at 5m DD2 at 4m 5days and was showing signs by 12 wks.
The drooling and slightly acidic smelling nappies would usually start a few weeks before a tooth came through.

Mine started teething early but didn't see anything till 4.5 months. Then by 10 months he had 8 teeth.

Think it's worse when they start young. I found nothing to help soothe the pain.

Now he seems to like a slice of melon to chew on and loves his teeth being brushed. It must dull the pain. I brush them then I let him hold the tooth brush for a while and he chews on it.
