1st paediatrician app- autism

Hi all,

We have our first paediatrician appointment, for autism assessment, next week with my 4 year old son. I have no clue what to expect.... if he could get diagnosed or not? What will they do? Or expect from him?

Does anyone have any experience, I know it varies depending on area, I'm in Hertfordshire.
