Hi all..I had a 2nd baby 5weeks ago he'll be six weeks on Monday...He is yet to cry tears, obviously he cries but no tears come from.his eyes, he also has slightly gunky eyes which I'm cleaning with cooled boiled water if it continues I will be taking him to the gp I'm also going to mention it to my health visitor. I've never experienced anything like this before as my daughter cried tears from around 2 weeks old. What could it be?
