Clarks shoes.

Since October last year we had been purchasing Clarks shoes. My LOs first pair were a 3g a couple of months later she got 2 new pairs which were a 4g both were completely different styles, one was a canvas pair, the other a leather pair, but bare in mind were both the same size and fitted perfectly.
Fast forward a few months later we went to get her a new pair and the girl at the store had measured her as a 5F. I just assumed she knew what she was doing, but when we got home and my little girl started to walk she was constantly getting upset and saying ow. We went back 2 days later and saw another lady who then measured her as a 5.5F! I'm baffled as to how they can measure half a size bigger in 2 days! We then took the new pair home and were told that they would stretch so it was okay that they were a little tight, which I thought well you're trained in this so you must know.
Well blow me it's been 3 weeks and her feet look so squashed. I spoke to customer service who have given me a voucher to get a new pair, but I've lost all faith. I just wanted to know how she can have 3 pairs that are a g width to then getting a pair that are an f. The worst part is the 5.5F pair are actually the same as the 4G pair so I know it definitely isn't because of the style. If that makes sense? Am I right in thinking that actually my LO is still a G width? And has anyones LOs feet gone from a G to an F in the space of 4 months?

Don't buy from Clark's. They are shit.
If you want fitted shoes try another shop like an independent,John Lewis, Charles Clinkard.... who know how to measure feet.

I had a similar issues. They fitted shoes for my LG and they rubbed her feet, they wouldn’t take them back or change them because I hadn’t got the receipt! She just wears any old shoes now and they’ve never rubbed her feet.

I do buy from Clark's but I don't rely on their measuring service. I've always felt that they were wrong so I stopped having them measured and I buy what looks/fits/feels right to us.
