Hi I hope someone has some advice. My just turned 8 year old son had begun to experience what seems like mild panic attacks just before bed. Shivering,teeth chattering,says he is afraid but doesn't know what of. He is a sensitive lad but usually pretty sociable and happy. I hate the thought of him feeling this way. Thanks in advance x
