Hi all, My son had grommets 9 weeks ago due to thick fluid in both ears causing hearing loss. We have noticed a difference in him since having the grommets with his play And awareness. However when we are talking to him it’s still like he can’t hear us. I was wondering did anyone else experience this with their child? I am not sure if it takes time for hearing to come back or if he needs to learn listening skills or if it’s other issues.
