Book recommendation 5yo emotion

Hi

My DD, 5, seems to be struggling at the moment. She is generally a happy and very bright little girl who loves school but lately there have been lots of tears and tantrums and worrying about certain things within her friendship group.

I wondered if a book about handling emotions etc aimed at primary age would help.

Does anybody have any recommendations please?

Thanks

I should add- it’s all low level stuff such as friends talking about ‘boyfriends’ and ‘marrying’ each other 🙄 which she is uncomfortable with. She’s not being bullied or anything. She has a baby brother and I think the novelty of him is wearing off too and a little jealousy creeping in.

I like a Mighty Girl for this kind of thing OP. You can usually search by issue, then select by age.

Great idea, thanks. I follow them on Facebook but have never looked at the website properly.
