Sleep - about normal?!

Random one here, but wondering if this sounds about right sleep-wise for a 2.5 year old, as it's a source of debate in our house recently!

Until recently DD slept about 12 hrs at night and 1.5 hrs in the day. Recently transitioned from cot to bed and she's totally dropped her nap literally overnight. She now goes to bed earlier and wakes earlier, still getting about 12 hrs overnight (18:30-06:30). She seems to be surviving on it though is expectedly rather grumpier that normal in the afternoons!

Does that sound about right?? Not sure whether to continue to push a nap - DS is due any day now and I could do with the break! Also sort of thought toddlers gradually stopped napping, didn't realise it could be sudden?! Any survival tips?!

Thanks Mumsnetters!

Have you tried getting her to nap in other places OP? When mine dropped their nap they stilll had one about every third day.
