Rash

Lo is 2.5yrs and over the past 30minutes he's developed abit of a rash on his cheeks. He's not itching, no temperature & he's being his mischievous self. I think this happened last year when he ate mango, today he also had mango. Not sure if it's linked or not as he ate mango at 530, and this rash has come around now.
Should I take him a&e to get it checked or see how it is in the morning?

Also came back from nursery this afternoon with marks on his arm. He says a boy at school scratched him, then he said he fell. Could this be linked to the face rash?

He's really sleepy & gone to sleep, hasn't napped all day & had nursery until 330 then played in the garden this evening. Not sure if it's concerning or he's just over tired

ALL rashes should be monitored and taken serious even if they don’t amount to much you can’t take the chance. Nobody here can tell what it is your son has but if you are worried either call up nhs 24 or pop along to A&e

Thank you for replying Benandhollysmum luckily the rash had disappeared throughout the night, I kept on checking on him. He hasn't had it since. I've read a few things it could have been: heat, foot allergy, insect. But luckily he's okay x

Any strange rashes keep close eye on them, because of meningitis starts as a rash.
But glad your wee ones ok, probably rubbed against a nettle or something he ate or touched
