dd3 (2yrs old) has a clothes aversion

dont mind in the house, but she is wanting to strip off outside as well. help!

I was posting the exact same thing about three, four months ago. She now likes to wear pyjamas all the time, but accepts that she needs clothes outside.

I think it's a phase and I wouldn't worry too much. Just make sure you have a bag to put all the discarded clothes in and a paper bag to go over your head so nobody will recognise you as "the naked child's mother"

sorry I don't have anything constructive to say - except she will probably grow out of it very soon. Are you potty training at the moment? I think the two are connected.

yes potty training has started. but not officially, she just runs around nude refusing the potty and discrading nappies left right and centre.

I remember dd going through that. I wonder why they do it?

It was the second we would come into the house, she'd be stripping off lol.

She sounds a lot like ds2. He used to strip off outside a lot too - even in the snow. It turned out that he was oversensitive to how the clothes felt against his skin. He's now 4 and is actually running around next to me wearing just a nappy but does now at least wear clothes if we need him to - if that gives you any hope .
